If you click on the following link you will be taken directly to the Origin contact page: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask
Sign in with your Pogo username and Password (Click on Login in the top right hand corner), and follow the guide to ask your question. If your issue cannot be solved from our FAQ list, you’ll then be prompted for ‘Product’ (enter Pogo) and then for ‘Category’ (select ‘Billing/Purchasing’), you can then select 'I still need help' and depending on the time of day and your geographical location, you'll be prompted either to send an email or to initiate a live chat with a game advisor..
Please include as much detail as possible, so they are able to answer you straightaway.

I am trying to do a badge in Spooky Slots from an album I had purchased. I have to get 3 coins 2 times and its virtually impossible to get. Is there a way to get this badge done.

I wish I could give you some meaningful tips for this badge (I'm guessing you're playing for the 'New Hood' badge?), but it's pure chance of course as with all slots games. I've read in the forums of people getting the badge really quickly, other players like yourself play for hours without any progress. I usually take my time with badges like this and just play 'little and often', that way it doesn't become a bore or get too frustrating and inbetween sessions I play my favourite word games.

I am a member of the club,but it does not recognize as a member. Pogo is taking $5.99 a month out of my checking account. Since it does not recognize me as a member I cannot connect with casino island blackjack and I keep getting ads when I play word whomp. What is going on<

You'd need to contact customer support directly for help with this.
Follow these steps to reach them:
1. Click the link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask and sign in with your Pogo name and password.
2. Where it says: ’What Can We Help you With’, type in "Pogo"
3. Click Find Solutions
4. Select "Account Management" from the drop-down list
5. Click: Find Solutions
6. Scroll down a little and on the lower right hand side, Click "I Still need Help"
The Window Will Open...
Depending on your geographical location and the time of day, you may see the Blue, Live Chat...
Scroll down a little further, you'll see the Email me...

my bank account has been charged twice for my renewal.
