Trizzle will not load

Frustrated because Trizzle will not load and it is a requirement for the new Treasure Hunt. I've tried for over 2 weeks now. Different browsers, settings. Nothing works.

Difficult to understand because it states in the treasure hunt that everyone can play all the games and this is not true. Any assistance would be appreciated or I just won't waste anymore time trying to complete a treasure hunt that will be impossible for me to finish. Thank you

@cocacolakid111 have you ever tried using chrome browsers...this works fine in most html 5 / HD games...see html 5 / HD games troubleshooting guide on topic lists...here's the simple step / log out and log in try clearing your history cache...avoid multiple task running...try to see if you have any available updates in your browser...same thing with flash player...if it doesn't do anything... one of the community manager or TEAM member will look forward...
