Stuck at Level 14

I'm stuck at Level 14.  When I reach level 15 the system shows that I have reached it but when I play the next game it shows that I am level 14.

That sounds like no fun. Would you be able to get us a screenshot of where it shows you as Rank 15, and where it shows you as Rank 14? I'll be happy to take a look.

Scrabble is the game with which I am stuck at Level 14. Btw I have reached level 15 multiple times but it keeps reverting back
