Scrabble "Floating Letters" and "Active Friends" Feature Not Working [ Edited ]

I started noticing that none of my friends were active on Scrabble for almost a week now, one of those times being when I was playing a game with 2 of them.  I checked and neither were in "private" mode.  Based on that, I got on the Pogo forum, and several people commented that they're having the same issue. One of these people said that "active friends" feature is working fine on another game that she plays.  Wanted to bring this to the forefront, as the new version makes it hard enough to find and play with friends. 

I've attached pics of some other issues that people are discussing on the forum.  In case the pics aren't self-explanatory, here are the issues. 

Letters are super-imposing

Letters "float" or disappear altogether

Active Friends feature not working (no pic., but wanted to reiterate)

Only allowed to attach 3 files, but the ones I have attached pretty much cover the issues which need to be addressed.
