I did my SLINGO requirements but POGO won't give me the badge! NOT ACCEPTABLE to a PAYING MEMBER! FIX IT!

You were already awarded the Slingo Blast 'King & Castle' badge on April 10th.

You can see which badges you’ve won recently, by first clicking on the ‘Badges’ tab at the top of the home page. Then click on ‘My Collection’ and finally the link to ‘See all my earned badges’.

There’s occasionally a glitch where badges show as only part completed on the Home page, but don’t worry you have been awarded the badge.

Which badge are you referring to?

If you mean this week's Slingo challenge, be aware that it's for the Slingo Blast game, not Slingo Ricochet....

(In fact, checking your account you won the 'King & Castle badge on April 10th.)

Actually, it is SLINGO BLAST that I have been playing...I am playing again today and seeing NO CHANGE in my status, although I have focused on diagonal wins!!! HELP!!!

Now I can't even get in and still am at 22 wins, although I have finished the 120 required TWICE!!!
