Renewing subscription - Read me

I cancelled my recurring subscription and now want to renew it before it runs out in May.  Not sure how to do that.  Don't want to randomly guess and cancel my account completely.  Anybody got advice??  Tried to contact EA help and sat for an hour waiting for my "case" to be created. :-(

@ROBINSMUMEMMA   To change your billing plan or add details, go to "My Account" & then "Billing & Subscription".

If you need to contact Help, make sure that you

have 3rd party cookies enabled in your browser.  When you tried to contact the Help team previously, it sounds as if you weren't connected (lost connectivity). Use a different browser if you encounter difficulties.
