I clicked a link from Pogos webpage under the impression that I was buying the game Plants Vs Zombies for 6.99 not signing up for a monthly thing. I noticed my bank account was charged and looked into it seeing that I was charged 6.99 again and that this was a monthly deal. I cancelled the subscription within 2 hours. I don't see the 6.99 refunded back to my bank account and would like to know when it will be refunded?

For any query relating to billing and purchases, you would need to contact our customer support directly as we cannot access your account from the Forum.
If you click on the following link this will take you directly to the Origin contact page: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
Sign in with your Pogo username and Password (Click on Login in the top right hand corner), you’ll then be prompted for ‘Product’ (enter Pogo) and then for ‘Category’ (select ‘Billing/Purchasing’ from the drop-down list), finally below a list of articles, you can select ‘Step 2: Choose a Contact Method’.
There is no phone number for support but you will be able to send an email.
