Pogo gems renewal rewards

I have been a POGO member with a credit card on file since 2008. For the last two 
years I have not received the 100 Gems that are part of the automated renewal for POGO members. I emailed EA last year (2013) to request an explanation as to why I did not receive the promotional gems and never received a reply. Upon renewal this year (2014) I again did not receive the 100 gems.
Please explain this oversight and/or correct the gem deficit in a timely manner or contact me and explain why I no longer receive these promotional gems and I will remove my credit card from my account information.

Then in the search box, type Pogo and click on your game.
Select a topic.
Scroll down to contact us then select a platform.
An option to contact EA will come up.
