Not getting credit for word search badge

I purchased a mix n match badge and I have to complete 50 bonus puzzles.  I have completed several and I am not receiving credit for any of them.  Please let me know why I am not getting the credit.  It does not say on any certain level to play, just to complete them.  Thx

Hey there, @parkerjog12.

For that badge, don't forget to click the button to hide the word list before trying a new game. Completing a game without the word list will give you credit towards that badge.

@parkerjog12 if you are working for bonus puzzle...you don't have to finish the game just highlight or find the bonus word, quit and hit new game, it will register...Good Luck !!! ...

I think the name of the badge you are asking about is Winning Words badge.  See attached screen shot.

Yes that is the name of it. It just not giving me credit when I complete the puzzle. Waiting on EA/Pogo to call me back. I missed their call earlier.

@parkerjog12 once again, for bonus puzzle...you don't have to finish the game just highlight or find the bonus word, quit and hit new game, it will register...
keep in mind not to miss the time bonus or you'll not gonna get credit...

Thx, I missed pogo call three times today. I will try again tomorrow. I am not sure if the bonus trick will work with this badge, it says complete puzzle to show progress. Thx for response.

I am not getting credit for any of the games I've played and won.  My total is not going up
