Not awarded Badge in Solitaire Gardens

Level 55

The Succulent Gardens Part 2 overall page shows that Level 55 was completed with 2.5 stars.

Also, in the Garden Supplies menu, top right tab (the Star), the Stone Pond is unlocked.

But, on the Solitaire Gardens Challenges tab, the Stone Pond Badge is not displayed as having been earned.

Nor, is the Stone Pond Badge present at the top of my "See all my earned badges" page.

The last badge listed as having been earned on Apr. 18, 2019 is the Solitaire Gardens "Simple Lean-to Badge".

I exited and reloaded Chrome multiple times, and I still do not see the Stone Pond Badge as having been earned.

Lastly, I completed Level 56 (with 1.5 stars) hoping that it would trigger the earning of the Level 55 badge, but it did not.

A few minutes after I resumed the Case and completed the phone call with EA Help, I got an email from an EA Help Specialist that he was looking into the problem. An hour later, I got another email message that the Stone Pond Badge had been awarded to my account. I checked Pogo, and I see that I was awarded the badge. Case resolved.

I'm sorry to hear you didn't get the badge for hitting level 55 and receiving the Stone Pond item in Solitaire Gardens.

I see via the case you submitted to EA Help that you were advised to wait a bit. At this point, because you did get the Pony Tail Palm Badge which comes after the missing game award badge, to reach back out to EA Help and let them know and they should be able to assist you from there. You can resume your current case if you'd like, even if it's marked as Resolved.

I resumed the case -- as it was marked as resolved -- and was on the phone with EA Help when you replied to this message. I was on the phone with EA Help for 50 minutes. They (the help team and/or the help supervisor) kept denying my request to have the Solitaire Gardens game progress badge awarded, because no one else reported having this problem.

Problem: I finished Level 55, there was a noticeable pause in the game, no badge award dialog was displayed, the unlocking of the Stone Pond garden item dialog was displayed, then the Succulent Garden page displayed, and I could see that Level 55 was marked as completed.

They told me that I had to redo the challenge. I told them that the Stone Pond Badge is a game progress award and not a challenge. I also told them that I had replayed Level 55 (thinking that maybe replaying the level would trigger the awarding of the badge), but the badge was not awarded.

The last thing I was told is that the EA Help person was going to request a special manual awarding of the Level 55 Stone Pond Badge. I guess that I will wait and see if anything happens.

i'm very disappointed in the size of the purchases with seeds. They are so small from 500 seeds to 4000. When the game was new i had beautiful gardens. you could see what you purchased
