No vidoe ads for rewards. Help!

What is blocking video ad rewards from showing when I play my games? The video will try to start but then I get kicked back to my game and dont get to recieve any reward. This happens in any game I play. Help!
What setting in my phone did I change? I made sure video overlay is on. Gave my games all permissions. Any help will be appreciated!! Thank you.
