Level 380 Mahjong Sanctuary red clippers will not match

Level 380 ill not match red clippers. Click on both and gives red arrow at bottom to put back. I spent a ton of gems on power ups trying to get this to work, only option is to back to sanctuary and lose all progress. Tried to take a pic and it would not paste.

I know you haven't been able to supply screenshots yet, but please try the HTML5 troubleshooting to see if it improves the game's performance for you.
