How do I turn off ALL sounds?

What games are you playing where you don't see a sound control button?  The games I've played have a sound button, but there might be some that don't.  The sound On/Off button is always a small speaker image to click.  For HTML5 HD games it is usually on the right side of the game screen as seen in the first attached screen shot.   For Flash games or Java games, the speaker image for sound control could be in different places on the game screen as seen in the second attached screen shot.
