You might have a few incompatible versions of Java that won’t work with Pogo games. We suggest you try uninstalling Java completely and then re-install the latest version from a clear slate. Here's how.
Windows XP/Vista
- Select Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.
- Select all Java programs, you may have several, and select the Remove button (You may have to close your browser).
- Go back to game page and select Play Now.
- You should be prompted to install Java. Download when you are prompted. If you're not prompted immediately, try instead heading to the official Java download page to download and install Java.
- After the Java Installation, make sure to Enable your Java Plug-in.
Windows 7
- Select Start > Control Panel.
- Under Programs, select Uninstall a program.
- Select all Java programs, you may have several, and select the Remove button. (You may have to close your browser).
- Go back to game page and select Play Now.
- You should be prompted to install Java. Download when you are prompted. If you're not prompted immediately, try instead heading to the official Java download page to download and install Java.
- After the Java Installation, make sure to Enable your Java Plug-in.
Mac
- Click on the Finder icon located in your dock.
- Click on the Applications tab on the sidebar.
- In the Search box and enter JavaAppletPlugin.plugin.
- Drag and drop the JavaAppletPlugin.plugin file over to the Trash.
- Go back to the game page and select Play Now.
- You should be prompted to install Java. Download when you see this prompt. If you're not prompted immediately, try instead heading to the official Java download page to download and install Java.
- After the Java Installation, make sure to Enable your Java Plug-in.
