General Help when games are not loading |
Solution 1 - Set the Friends Panel to 'Show Friends' The first thing you might want to check is the 'Friends Panel'.
If your game does not seem to load and your 'Friends Panel' is set to hidden, then, set it to 'Show Friends.'
Solution 2 - Refreshing the page
Try is to refresh the page.
It's a simple step, go to Pogo.com and right-click on the left (in the blue part of the page) and select reload.
Wait a few minutes and you game should then load.
Go to pogo.com and click on the game you'd like to play.
Then press control key +F5 in your keyboard.
Why? This will reload the page by clearing the cache content in the browser.
Solution 3 - Sign out completely and sign back in If you were inactive on Pogo for a while, just sign out and sign back in, to load your game and start playing again.
Solution 4 - Open the game in a new window
Right-click on the play button and select 'Open link in a new window'
Alright, we can still try to help you but we need some information. If your issue persists, please post the following:

Thanks for posting your system information.
I've also updated Java on my system and I was able to load the game.
This blank screen appears after the loading but right before the game starts.
I believe it's because of the Java security prompts.
At this step you are supposed to get a Java popup message and click on Run Java.
If you do not see this popup, the prompts might then be hidden.
Here is how to restore security prompts:
To restore the prompts that were previously hidden, from the Java Control Panel Security tab, click Restore Security Prompts.
When asked to confirm the selection, click Restore All.
The next time an application is started, the security prompt for that application is shown.
Restore Java security prompts |
1 - In Windows Click Start
2 - Control Panel
3 - Java
4 - Under the Security Tab, click 'Restore Prompts'
Important note: after restoring the prompts, do not check the box 'Do not show again', otherwise, you won't be able to see the second prompt.
If you have already checked that box, you need to restore the prompts again and restart the browser.
Once you launch a Java game, simply click on 'Run' without checking the box.

Hello, We have been a member for many years and love to play Pogo. We have tried all your suggest Changing Browsers, clearing cache, etc and still we cannot play most of the games. All these suggestions you have made to your faithful players are not working. I don't understand why you cannot figure out how to get this site stable. I am really to the point of canceling my subscription and move on. Which is very sad! When are planning to get this site stable? Is there any suggestion on how to fix this that you have not already posted? Thank you.

I have no problems playing these games on anyone of the 6 browsers I have on my task bar.
all are supported by Pogo in some way. some only for flash games. others for both flash and
java, and between them I can play every game on the Pogo site.
Without this information, we are unable to even venture a guess as to what your problem could
be.

Also having issues:
Zuma's Revenge and Mahjongg Dimensions to name two of the games that just freeze sometimes and other times work. Sometimes I have to open the game in a new tab to work. It's always a mysterious surprise as to how I'll play! I use the same computer, same browser every time. I do not have a anti-virus software because I use a Mac.
Browser = Safari 8.0.7
Cookies Enabled? = true
Do Not Track = undefined
Resolution = 2560 x 1440
OS = Mac OS X 10.10.4(Puma)
Flash version = 18.0.0

I am having the same problem in Explorer. I have the latest Flash version, the latest Explorer update, and the latest Java update. Pogo home screen loads but when I try to load a game I get a message that Pogo is not responding. Windows attempts to find a solution and can't. Just keep getting Pogo is not responding. Can get some games in Chrome, but many do not support the latest version of Java. Can get some games in Firefox, but not all. Clearly the problem is on your end and this has been going on for a few days. Fix it please.
