Game badge images not loading in chat beside screen name.

I want to report a bug, but Pogo has obviously done away with a format where you can do that easily.  The instructions for doing so led me here.  This is a Pogo issue, and I don't know that anyone can answer this question, except Pogo.

When we earn our badges, we get the badge that goes into our albums.  It is accompanied with a small image which we can use for an icon in chat beside our screen name.

As of yesterday, a huge percent of those icons are not loading.  There has been sort of change in how images are loaded onto the website pages.  Please correct this.

I have over 8600 badges, most of which I paid for, and I want them to work and show up on chat and in my albums.

to load those small badge icon from chat
point the cursor on the name that has no icon image
and it will be visible...
sometimes this is cause by immature loading...
or allow adobe flash player to enable their content...

simple way is to point the cursor or mouse on who's here list and scroll...

point the cursor like scratching a lottery ticket...

point the cursor on the name that has no icon image
and it will be visible...
