That sounds like it could be a browser issue, between http and https settings...
1st thing, try another browser and see if you get the same message.
Be sure you have cleared the Flash & Java Cache as well as the browser cache, reboot, relaunch your browser and sign back into pogo and see if you have the same problem.

I don't use Firefox. I mentioned this to my wife, she said "oh yes, it's just Pogo. I get it all the time on my laptop." I told her it is an error and needs to be corrected. I am current on Flash & Java, and regularly clean temps & cache.
This is a Known issue and is under investigation.
