The volume of requests for help and complaints about game problems is high at the Pogo website and not getting any better. There is one EA community manager (EA_Arrenai) that responds frequently and a few players who volunteer suggestions, but the number of volunteers is less than I've seen in the past. Since the number of problems reported seems to be on the increase with the inclusion of more HD games, EA should invest some money having more EA community managers here. I know it's a thankless job some days working in the "complaint department", but you have a game website to run, when the games have so many problems, you should step in and do more to help !!!
