THIS IS SUZIEQSUE46 I NEED TO KNOW WHY I CANT  GET IN MY ACCOUNT  TO CHECK THINGS  OUT  I TRY SO MANY TIMES THEN IT GOES TO ROBOT  JUST   AWFUL  CAN YOU SEE WHAT IS WRONG PLEASE TY SO MUCH

SusieQSue46,  I think we need an EA community manager to take your question and place it into a separate post, because it's a different topic than this one.   If you would like, you could create a new post on the same subject.

One thing that will be helpful to try to answer your question is if you can provide detail on what is happening.   Also, if you know how to take screen shot on your computer, tablet or smart phone, you can attach it to show what message you get when it goes to robot.  I'm not clear what that means.
