Hello,

 

You would both need to contact our support team regarding your billing issues since for security and confidentiality reasons we cannot answer account queries on a public forum.

 

If you click on the following link you will be taken directly to the Origin contact page: https://help.ea.com/contact-us

 

Sign in with your Pogo username and Password (Click on Login in the top right hand corner), you’ll then be prompted for ‘Product’ (enter Pogo) and then for ‘Category’ (select ‘Billing/Purchasing’), finally below a list of articles, you can select ‘Step 2: Choose a Contact Method’.

 

There is no phone number for support, but you will be able to send an email. Please include as much detail as possible so they are able to answer you straightaway.

I cancelled my pogo account on 1/17/13 on the day it was renewable and i still can't get any answers about a refund to my debit card, I get the run around and i have e-mailed at least 12 times to different pogo sites so whats up?  I have   accounts, one for me and one for my husband and my husband cancelled his but i am fixing to cancel mine if i don't get some answers

Additionally, I can't seem to find a number to customer support anywhere.
