Can't get scrabble to launch

I have always had freezing issues during play but now games just stop in mid play! Now the game won't even launch and I have tried Chrome, firefox and Explorer

I'm having the same problem, tried uninstall/reinstall, switch device on and off, troubleshooting etc. but still no good.
