You can find out about how bridge ratings are affected in the following section:

http://www.pogo.com/help/bridge/frame.jsp

Also, please note the following: Rated games where the difference between opponents ratings is greater than 600 will not affect the players ratings. This is to prevent more experienced player from taking advantage of new players.

Re: Bridge rating

Hi!  With pogo bridge retiring on July 2, 2019 we have a ray of good news!  One of our players has an IT company and is building a bridge website for us! We are wondering if EA can email us our bridge ratings when pogo bridge retires.  The owner of the new site has offered to accept the ratings  if they are e-mailed to us by EA..  Please advise!

Hey there, @beverlyzee.

We definitely understand everyone's love of specific games that will be retiring. As mentioned in previous Pogo Insider Blogs:

Please note that while these games are going away, there is always the possibility some will be updated and brought back later. Keep your eyes on the Pogo Insider for more game news!

They're also working on building out multiplayer games for HTML5. Here's some information from Pogo Blog #100 regarding that and future HTML5 games:

Q. How does Pogo select Java and Flash games to port to HTML 5?
A. The process of selecting games to update involves looking at historical data, gaming trends and player popularity. We also have to look at the technological needs of each game. Some of our games are dependent on older systems that also have to be rebuilt. For example, some players have been wondering if we’ll be converting table games such as Canasta and Bridge to HD. Games with lobbies and multiplayer features require the creation of complicated infrastructure. The good news is this work has already started, and we’ll be updating some multiplayer games to HD after that. Thank you for your question and I hope this has provided some insight into our process of game selection. This process takes time. On average, it takes at least three to four months depending on the game.

As for the data regarding the ratings, due to privacy laws and regulations, we can't disclose other people's ratings to a third party site. However, you should be able to see your own rating via the game itself.
