So we’ve created EA’s new Answer HQ. It’s a community initiative to have players share their gaming expertise with other players.

This is the place where your ideas shape the community, where sharing knowledge is rewarded, and where you can climb the ranks to be the hero.

Get XP   

• XP stands for experience points in most games. It’s the same for the Answer HQ. As you help others by answering questions, offering advice or just generally providing a positive experience for your fellow gamers, you will gain ‘XP’. As you gain XP, you will advance through various ranks, on your journey to becoming a real EA Hero.
  
  As you make your way through these ranks, you will unlock new features within Answer HQ, collect rewards, gain exclusive in-game items and many other great surprises along the way.

Accepting a Solution   

• Accepting a Solution is important for a few reasons:

1. It tells the Community your issue has been resolved and you’re back in the game.
2. It helps the person who answered your question level up.
3. It informs the Community what the solution to a particular issue is, which can help other users experiencing the same thing.

Hya Eanajet, I try to help people when I can, as I've endured the same woes they have at one time or another lol. However reading up on this "XP" I pressed on the underlined rewards you speak of and it took me to the QBIDS site? A glitch?

I joined pogo years ago and later I joined club pogo. I have always been able to get help  but not anymore. This ea has taken over pogo and they should change the name as thats what it is now. ea provides almost no tech support. I have looked at many of the managers answers and most of them just steer a member with a thread and they say check it out I hope it works for you. Anyway I came here to play games and I pay to do that. You guys have a company that provides games and support ( or used to) now you want us the members to be your support. It does not sound very smart for member to pay to help to fix your problems as we don't get any of your profits. In the old days when this weeks awestruck badge is not giving credit for the stars pogo would send a message to the chat room in that game to tell the members somethings wrong and they are working on it. EA is not so considerate.

EA  & POGO  PROVIDE NO SUPPORT/HELP....BEEN WITH POGO 4 10+ YEARS..SO sad that  $$$$$$ is more important & have the nerve to ask others to help U instead of them.....geeez  gl  gonna have to go & find another site.....have 4 several days....can't even sign In & can't get any help from POGO...GL
