Contact EA immediately, providing as much detail as you can. In particular, our team will need accurate details regarding what items (if any) you have lost, plus the date and time that you lost them.

You can reach an EA Advisor for assistance even if you are unable to access your account.

To reach support without signing in, open an Account Security ticket. At the bottom of the login form, you will see the option, "Having trouble accessing your account?" Click that link to proceed.

Click the link labelled

It has come to our attention that there are a number of sites parading as Pogo Help Support.

Please beware of these sites! They are in no way affiliated with Pogo despite their use of Pogo’s trademarked art and logos. These sites and their promises to help provide support for Pogo technical issues cost money and could potentially attempt to steal or exploit your information. We are actively working on having these sites removed but please make sure you are accessing help through our official support channels.

Official Pogo support/help channels.

Remember, we will never ask you to pay for support.

If you encounter such a website it is recommended you submit the following.

  1. The full URL of the website ( e.g. www.badsite.com/notgood/hack)

  2. Which category you believe the site falls into such as:

    • Cheat/Hack information (a site which provides tools or tips on how to cheat in games)
    • Phishing (a site which pretends to be an EA website in order to steal account information)
    • Sites breaking a testing agreement or NDA (posting alpha or beta footage EA has said is not available to the general public)
    • Other (any other malicious site you believe we should investigate)

Please note there is no need to visit these sites to validate this information. We would recommend against visiting these websites as they may contain malicious software to attack the computer of users who visit them.

Don’t ever give your password out, to anyone, for any reason.
Remember, a real Pogo representative will never, ever ask you for your password, and it’s frankly no one else’s business but yours.

Use an antivirus/malware scanner. These programs can detect and remove any potential threats to your computer’s security.
