You offer NO phone assistance and to navigate your( HELP?) question after question field is totally confusing and useless!  I have been having screen size problems for months to know avail from your company and now am having a problem with 'add-ons not loading and games not loading??  I began with POGO almost at its inception and have watched it progressively deteriorate over the years. It TRULEY is a Shame because it is at times can be a social lifesaver to some very lonely souls!!  I wish I knew how to get someone in your company to understand the importance of Customer Service !?!
