Why didn't I receive my GEMS?

 I completed three additional surveys to earn free gems within the last 3 weeks and I did not receive them.

 

I wrote to Pogo ... nothing ...

 

I talked to POGO's LIVE CHAT ... no help ...

 

I wrote to The Peanut Labs ... no help! I received a common FORM LETTER 

 

POGO owes me about 30+ GEMS ...  WHERE ARE THEY?

 

I know that I completed the surveys correctly because I now receive emails related to the surveys I took. AND ... tons of "ADULT PORNt" 

JUNK-MAIL that I have never received before I took the POGO surveys.  

 

The surveys must be a SCAM to STEAL & SELL my email address to undesirable ADULT PORN sites

 

Since I DID complete the surveys ... I DID earn the gems WHICH I DID NOT receive. My proof is ADULT PORN junk-mail I am still receiving in my mailbox.

 

Can someone please help me to receive my GEMS ASAP? Please!

@CntryGramB Sorry to hear that you are having issues but as per the guidelines you agreed to when you sign up to fill out surveys, if you have an issue then you need to speak to Peanut Labs as EA and POGO do not offer support for issues with these surveys.

 

"By clicking CONTINUE, you will be accessing a portal through which you can participate in surveys and offers supplied by Peanut Labs. Peanut Labs is not managed or owned by Pogo. Support for these offers is not provided by Pogo and our privacy policy does not apply to the information collection practices of Peanut Labs or the participating businesses."

 

Your best bet is to speak with Peanut Labs and explain the situation to them.

As my post explains clearly ... I contacted Peanut Labs and was simply sent a useless 'form letter.' I am being pushed back and forth between POGO and Peanut Labs with zero results. Neither one will help me get my earned gems. My further requests have been totally ignored. What can I do now?

@CntryGramB As I said in my reply above, EA and Pogo do not offer support for issues with these surveys. You will need to speak with Peanut Labs in relation to your issue as they are the only people who can sort out your issue.

Peanut Labs will not help me. They insist that I contact POGO ... I am pushed and pulled back and forth and in circles ... and I still have not received my gems.

Pogo owes me 8 gems for my June subscription renewal, it seems like they often cheat members out of their gems. I canceled my subscription because they ignored my request to give me my gems, I don't believe that they have human customer service, you just talk with a machine 😒
