White screen in Canasta

I want to play Canasta but as soon as it loads and the cards are dealt, the screen goes white. What is the ssue?

the same thing keeps happening to me and no one seems to know how to fix this it's fustrating

It has been that way for several weeks now for Canasta. It loads, you play the first discard and the screen goes white. Pogo please fix this !!  I have never had so many problems with pogo until EA took over. Why is this happening?
