Would you happen to remember what the ad was, such as the company or product advertised?

My screen goes green/black and game won't load since it went HD.

What browser are you using?

Chrome works well for me.

Internet Explorer is not fully compatible with HD games and when I tried IE with Trizzle I got the green screen.

I use Chrome and had same problem. Error: font will not load!

I am getting 2 screens on TRIZZLE when I try to move a row or click on a doll. Never had this issue until new badge album. Its like moving a browser screen.

That's no fun. If you've completed the troubleshooting above, please let me know a little more about your computer. Could you please cut / paste (or screenshot) your full results from the Pogo Compatibility Tool? As well, could you let me know how much system RAM you have on your PC/Mac? I'll be happy to take a look as to why the games aren't running smoothly for you.

As for @RubyScorpion's 2nd screen issue, that appears to be an issue that is specific to the Edge browser. We recommend trying Chrome in that case, as it is WebGL1 and WebGL2 compliant. Normally, we would recommend Firefox as well, but there was an issue with the latest Firefox update that negatively affected HTML5 games. Pogo is currently investigating.
