I am trying to get 16 stars to go to next level but every one that I dont have 3 stars on, I can't advance but I have completely 

 used all the cards and finished the games but can never advance, dont know how to move forward..Been working on this since 2-21-2018, I need help

I am working Sidney and have all but 1 star to advance I have tried over 200 times,but cannot get third star.

I am having the same problem, on Sydney level. Can't get 3rd star on Coral Reef

Did you get any help with this problem.  I am also having the problem and can not proceed to next airport.  This really sucks and no one seems to know the answer.  I am trying to reach Club Pogo but can not get thru.  It cost money to play these games with no ads and you would think that someone would be able to help if there is a problem.  It looks like I am not the only one having a problem.  Did you get an answer from Club Pogo.

I am not getting credit for challenge.  I have earned my 20 levels for challenge but have not been given credit beyond 14.  It will not advance when I earn a level.
