Getting black screen

If you're getting a black screen in HTML5 games, there are a few things that may case it.

First off, you will want to make sure that your computer meets the system requirements for HTML5 games. This means running Windows 10 or Mac OSX Sierra (10.12.6), as well as 8 GB of system RAM. You'll also want to run an HTML5-compliant browser, such as Chrome, Edge or Firefox.

If you run the minimum requirements listed above and are still getting black screens, this could be an issue with hardware acceleration. Please try the steps on disabling hardware acceleration in your browser to see if that improves loading.
