I've tried signing into pogo but it keeps saying all my passwords are incorrect. I asked for a link to change the password and it keeps saying that it apparently took too long to change the password when I clicked the link in my email when I got it. Now I can't try again because you're limited to two times a day. I changed my password on EA games but it doesn't seem to affect my pogo account. Any help please?

@icecoldxox Yes they can! The Advisors will need to verify your account ownership and after that they can help with resetting your Security Question.

Half the time I attempt to sign in to Pogo I am not allowed to, much like others on this thread. Really had to dig deep to get to this spot on the EA/Pogo site, so can only assume that EA/Pogo could care less about such problems. I have a really simple solution that I will exercise in May ... I will not renew my membership. Can't see why I should pay money to a sitn that will not allow me access each and every time. It was fun Pogo, but no more.

@Shad7074 Just to clarify you can log in fine sometimes, but not others? When you cannot log in, you get an 'Invalid Password' message?
