I have been charged double for both my husband's and my pogo subscription. the first charges were on 3/27, the second on 3/31. because of these double charges I now have an overdraft fee of $35. I had the money for the renewal of both accounts in the bank but not double charges. I think EA should be responsible for this mistake and also pay for the overdraft! And I also think they should make it easier to contact EA when there is a problem like this!
