majhong sanctuary

for the last 1-2 wks that i have been playing majhong sanctuary it has not given me credit so that i can do the requested items and then move up.  this is the 2nd time i have sent a message about this and i am fixing to lose  what badges i'm working towards because i'm tired of playing the game over and over and not getting credit for the game.

I apologize, but I'm not seeing a previous Answers HQ post about this issue. If I'm missing it, can you link the post here? It should show in your AHQ profile. I'll be happy to merge the two so we can keep information together.

As for the issue you're experiencing, what level are you on that it's not giving you credit for? Is it not giving you the star to apply to upgrades to your sanctuary?

yes the issue has not be solved as of yet....tks

Which credit is it not giving you in Mahjong Sanctuary? Are you not getting stars towards your sanctuary? Is this regarding challenge credit? I'll be happy to look into it.

correct i am not getting the stars....it's been on 9 out of 10 stars for the last 3wks of play. the same with majhong sanctuary! ugh thank u for any help u can give me. Go

Hey there, @TexasShamrock. Thanks for the update.

When you complete a new level (not a previous one), what happens during the end of level animation? It should have a star that comes from the center of the screen and moves into the corner star counter and raises the count by 1.
