losing connection

Does anyone there know what the word help means? All your site does is takes you around in circles. I want to know why the scrabble game in pogo keeps losing connection. Everyone I talk to has the same problem, Been playing since it came out and now today this problem.

This shouldn't be happening, so let's figure out what's going on that's causing the disconnects for you both. Have you given the HTML5 troubleshooting a try yet to see if it improves the game's performance?
