i was told i been a ea/pogo vip customer and one of your rep had the gall to say he couldn't find a memo stating i am a vip customer of EA/POGO for 13 yr as i played both ea games as well as pogo games for all these year and i want a reprimand againt any ea customer support as there was a memo stating any complaint i had would be connected to a EA Tier 3 upper support agent and yet that was denied by that agent
