help wont let me sign in and play games even though my details are correct

help ...it wont let me play games as it says i need to upgrade to be a pogo member[which i already am]iam signed showing my points\gems etc but CANNOT play games.ive tried signing out and in does notb work.also tried on that new screen thing youve just changed it says password not correct....help asap

@adnavikcedar Can you try clearing your browser cache and then logging back into the site again, please.

It won't work for me today either. (10/17/2018) Entered all name & password info. correctly. Sign-in widow will not accept the password. It keeps saying password is incorrect.

THEY HAVE ME LOGGED INTO THE WRONG ACCOUNT. I NEED HELP GETTING TO THE RIGHT ACCOUNT

I paid my annual fee I don't need this hassle.  Get your act together, I am in the UK is this why we are having this problem?
