help wont let me sign in and play games even though my details are correct

I know the changes with the sign-in have been quite a shake-up. Please try contacting EA Help and our Game Advisors can help you straighten out the account situation for you and get you and your badges, tokens and gems reunited.

To contact EA Help:

• Go to https://help.ea.com
• Click "Contact Us"
• Select Pogo from the game list
• Select PC or Mac
• Select Manage my account > Can't log in
• Click Select contact option

Me too. I log in over and over again and it won't let me log onto any games. Here is the error message I get: The page isn’t redirecting properly

An error occurred during a connection to www.pogo.com.

    This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

I have turned off every "protection" possible making my computer wide open to hackers while I am in this state, but I still can't log on. I turned off all pop up blockers. I turned off all firewalls. Doesn't matter. Why couldn't they have just left well enough alone? Pogo....have you ever heard if it ain't broke, don't fix it? I do not think I will renew even though I have been a subscriber for over 10 years. And trying to get help....well, don't hold your breath!! I get irritated at work all day. I don't need this * at night too!

There were some login issues yesterday that did affect many players, but they should now be resolved. Can you give it a try again and let us know how it goes?

same here. can get into classic but asks me to sign again at new and then give it info and goes back to sign in

Hey there, @phyllisg12.

If it's not remembering you being logged in, one thing to check is whether you have third-party cookies enabled. Cookies are used for Pogo to communicate with your browser on things like logins and game settings. Can you check your cookies status and see if that helps with staying logged in?
