frozen bingo game bingo poppit

I keeep having my bingo games frozen and I can't go ouf t of the page because than I have lost my play and I was on my last card. This bingo game have eaten a couple of my tickets (cards) and now the frozen page won't let me play! You need to work on getting the bingo game improve!
