buying gems

Trying to buy gems... You all changed the format on that not as easy anymore.. So I went through the way it is instructed but you are saying that I am providing the wrong password and when I go to request to change password and to for you to send in email well guess what not recognising  my email 

Help   all i want is to add gems

you don't need to change password and Email if they are valid, typing incorrectly mislead sign in process...
click add gems on your account (make sure you type your password correctly / case sensitive) and it will direct you to gems transaction and checkout process...

I got it takin care of   I really just needed to reboot and clear cookies and when I went to buy gems it took me to the right page
