Why does POGO  keep asking me join CLUB POGO when I'm already joined it ?

Is this the username for Pogo?  If it is, it shows you as a non club 

member.  There is Club Pogo that you pay a fee for and free Pogo

that you can play, just not as many games as there are in the club.

If you are a free non club member, that join club will always be there

as an advertisement to join the club.

First, double check to ensure that you are signed in using your Club Pogo screen name.

If you are still in need of assistance please contact an Advisor and they can check to see what is going on:

1. Click on this link Contact Us  

2. Where it says: ’Select a topic' choose ‘Manage my account' from the drop-down list 

3. Where it says: 'What type of issue are you having?' choose 'Manage account details'.

4. Click underneath the heading:  ‘Tell us a little more about your issue type something like

I keep getting asked to join Club Pogo, but I'm already a Club Pogo member.

5. Click the ‘Next’ button and depending on your geographical location and the time of day, you'll see the available contact options; Live Chat, Call Back or Email.

I recommend choosing the 'Call Me' option if it's available, then on the next page fill in the requested details. I believe the call back option is usually available Monday - Friday from 8 AM to 11PM PST (If it's available in your geographical location).

I understand what you are saying however I have been a club member for 15plus years I never made a mistake of signing in as a non member I have always paid my membership fee on time although I don't like all of the changes and games that they discontinued and started I am still here my last time playing was last night (no problem)but today I get on and I am told to join in order to enter and play games I have no access to anything all games listed join club and to make it worst no way to get in touch with anyone Come on what is this I am not the only one I see
