@EA_Arrenai I have 4 gb of ram and I keep getting booted off of games. I also have had my account hacked and no one has contacted me to fix it.

Hey there, @dis1954.

 

Regarding the game itself, I would run through the HTML5 troubleshooting to see if it improves the game for you. Please give that a try and let me know how it goes.

 

As for the hacked account, this is something we can't handle on the forums, but I do recommend reaching out to EA Help so a phone or chat advisor can get your account secured.

 

To contact EA Help:

  • Go to https://help.ea.com
  • Click "Contact Us"
  • Select Pogo from the game list
  • Select PC or Mac
  • Select Manage my account > Hacked account
  • Click Select contact option

If you have an existing case for this issue that you are waiting to hear back on, you can also access the case from My Cases (while logged in at EA Help) and click on Resume to select phone or chat support again.

I have all of the requirements listed. ram is 4.0 GB I use Edge for all games. I am still having issues. Today It will not let me play daily Suduko after I complete the game it freezes and will not give me credit for completing the game. Now what can you do for me.

Hey there, @dis1954.

 

As part of the troubleshooting previously listed, one thing that has helped a lot of people the past couple days is the hardware acceleration toggle, which is the last part of that list. Did you try that, and if so, did you see any difference with each setting?

Hey there, @dis1954.

 

For the DxDiag, please save it as a txt file using the Save As option, and from there you can attach it to a reply using the Choose File option above the Submit button in the reply window.

 

For the GPU report:

  1. Click the link and it will go directly to the report for Microsoft Edge
  2. Click on Copy Report to Clipboard at the top of the page
  3. Open Notepad or another text editing program
  4. Paste the contents into Notepad
  5. Save the Notepad file, and then you can attach it from there

Thanks for the DxDiag. What is your current Microsoft Edge version? It's possible you're using Edge Legacy rather than the latest Edge if the URL didn't open for you.
