Where is my club pogo account with all my tokens an gems???????

@cafedelon I was using the wrong email. I forgot I changed it. All good and it's now fixed. Thank you for answering my post. I have a bad case of Monday brain.

I had an account I created 12 years ago.  I can no longer into it so I created another account and tried to add my original account as a friend...to see if it even existed anymore....apparently my original account no longer exists despite me playing on it a few months ago.

If it has ever been on Pogo, especially as a Club Pogo account, it will still be in our system. Please try contacting EA Help and our Game Advisors can help you straighten out the account situation for you and get you and your badges, tokens and gems reunited.

To contact EA Help:

• Go to https://help.ea.com
• Click "Contact Us"
• Select Pogo from the game list
• Select PC or Mac
• Select Manage my account > Can't log in
• Click Select contact option

i too am facing this very situation and would appreciate any help in connecting me to proper channels to restore my subscription to 7/19/2019 where i have millions of tokens thousands of badges and a fully paid membership including one month free.

@nextpoppy584, You can talk to an EA advisor through online chat or phone call back about the issue you are having with your subscription.

1. Go to https://help.ea.com
2. Click "Contact Us"
3. Select Pogo from the game list or type Pogo in the white box
4. Select PC or Mac or other platform
5. Select Topic "Manage account"
6. Select Issue "Manage subscriptions"
7. Click "Select contact option" (blue button at bottom of the page)
8. Type in a brief description in white box entitled "Subject"
9. Click on the blue "Chat Now" button and wait for an EA Advisor to start the conversation.

10. If you receive the screen for a phone call back instead of online chat, type in your name, country, subject to discuss and your phone number
11. Then click on the blue "Request Call" button at the bottom of the screen and wait for an EA advisor to call you by phone.

If you have waited a reasonable amount of time for online chat to begin and an EA advisor has not started a chat, the advisors may be very busy at the moment. You can leave and return later to try again.
