CalKat2008, What problem are you having specifically? Has your account been suspended or banned? Is your account still accepted but you cannot log in to Pogo or any of the games? There are different routes to take depending on what the issue is. Write back and someone will try to give guidance to help.

I am having this exact problem. I have tried multiple times to start a chat to get help, and it just says something about loading my case and that I should stay on that page.....waiting and waiting and waiting...nothing happens!

@RoseFairThat is unfortunate if you try to use the online chat option to talk with an EA advisor and you keep waiting and waiting. That has happened to me once, and after 15 minutes I left and tried again hours later when I had more success then. If this continues to happen repeatedly, write back and report it, so an EA community manager can try to elevate the issue among EA.

If you do have difficulty starting a chat case, please try another browser. Many have reported that Chrome works well for chat.
You are also welcome to request a callback. Just put in your phone number, and one of our EA Help game advisors can reach out to you by phone.
Our game advisors are great in their ability to get people back into the game. Please let us know how it goes when you reach out to them.
