WHY CANT i GET BACK iNTO MY CLUB POGO??

I liked the old pogo much better  also why does it keep asking me to join when I ah already a member

When you're signed in on Pogo, is it under the same screenname that you purchased the subscription for?

One way to check is to look up the email receipt in your email box, and it will list the screenname that Club Pogo was purchased on, which you can use as reference.

@GFERNANDES2P cant get into early games cant even locate my avatarlamlea

Since the new pogo*(WHICH I HATE) I cannot get into the old games or ANYTHING and I cant get any answers from anyone. I have a new email and have tried to change the old one MANY TIMES and nothing works,NOTHING WORKS...…. NEW EMAIL [edit: email address removed] MAYBE SOMEONE CAN FIX IT FOR ME (I don't have a lot of hope. What kind of business takes peoples money and gives them nothing but grief. I CANNOT EVEN FIND A PHONE NUMBER OR ANYWAY THAT WORKS TO GET N TOUCH WITH YOU. IF YOU CANNOT HELP ME THEN GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY B4 I CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. EVEN ALL MY TOKENS ECT R GONE.
