White screen often means your zoom is not at 100%. Make sure to keep your zoom at 100% for your games.
Play all your games at 100% zoom or they may not play correctly or at all.

if that does not help, then check the resolution.
You can reset zoom using the control key and 0 over the P
For a non-table game: Hold down the CTRL key while scrolling up and down with
your mouse wheel to adjust the game to fit the window.
For Table games: You'll need to have both the lobby and the table windows open.
Click on the vacant area below the legend on the lobby screen, then hold down the
CTRL key while scrolling up or down with your mouse wheel to adjust the zoom.

I have vision problems and to help me I use my operating system's magnifier.
For a PC, all I do is click on the Windows flag (start button) and in the search field
type Magnifier. Click on Magnifier in the list and it will be activated. If you right click on it,
you can choose to pin it to your start menu or task bar.
