then back to the map or play next level...progress continues 'til  you reach game 16 x  entering the shop...

since this game is part of html5 format...

I am playing with Edge win 10. In your first screen shot you show a pink  building, I do not have

Okay I figured it out, you must play 30 levels of regular, then buy Candy level for 50,000

but how does this all help if they are not giving you coins?

you can still earn coin by replaying some levels, you can no longer earn coins once you reach 3 stars in a level...however you can upgrade the shop or purchase a new shop, as an option you can purchase coins if you don't have enough...
