Sudoku having Problems

New Sudoku keeps giving me a message through the game that says " can not save" does this about 3 times. Then a message will come up that it "restarting". Then restarts the game then I lose what ever I had done. It is hard to finish a game doing this. This is the only game I have had any issues with.
