Still can't play games due to no java or flash Have contacted EA No Solution

I am having trouble with games opening with the java or flash keeps telling me to download flash.  It also tells me to disable active x or make sure that my sound wave is checked and I have did all these but still I cannot play Spades and a few other games due to this problem.  I have contacted EA 2x now and it still is not working.  My premium is due and I will not  renew subscription if I can not play the games. I tried to contact them  again and says that no one is available to chat. Please help. Don't know what else to do.  I contacted EA on January 23 and also on January 27 th.

@AbC3075a4776685 Try disabling ActiveX and then reinstalling what it is asking you to install.

To disable ActiveX

1. Open Internet Explorer.

2. From the Tools button menu, choose Manage Add-Ons.

   The Manage Add-Ons dialog box comes into view.

3. From the Show drop-down menu, ensure that All Add-Ons is chosen.

4. Click an add-on in a list.

   You see whether the add-on is an ActiveX control by looking at the detailed information in the bottom of the window. If the add-on type is an ActiveX Control, you’ve found one.

5. Disable the ActiveX control by clicking the Disable button.

6. Repeat Steps 4 and 5 for every ActiveX control in the Manage Add-Ons window.

   Click the Close button to dismiss the Manage Add-Ons window when you’re done.

fix the games i been having trouble oftn or i will not renew had enough of pogo games not woring half of the time
