Hey there, @princesschaos67.

Usually when someone hits the hiccup of the badge challenge stagnating, it means they already earned the badge and the browser hasn't updated yet, however I don't see that as the case here as of the time of this post.

One thing you can try if it stopped counting credit towards your badge is to clear your browser cache as it may be holding onto some old data that is prohibiting progress. Please give that a try and run through another game or so at Medium or higher to see if it improves.
