GETTING KICKED OUT

@nygcolts2012 I keep getting not connected - very frustrating - is this going to happen when more games are changed to HD!!!!

@THEBKPKER , Can you describe what happens and what you see on your screen when you are unable to connect? Does this only happen with HTML5 (HD) games? Also is this a case of the games just not loading so you can play or is there something else going on?

It's not necessary, but if you can take a screen shot of what you see when you can't connect to the game, that might help in diagnosing the problem.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues @THEBKPKER.

Generally, issues with disconnection are simple enough connection issues. Let's start by powercycling your router which you can do by turning it off and plugging it out for a couple of minutes.

Let me know if you see a difference after doing this.
